p(m) — Terms of Service

1. Scope


p(m) is a minimal interaction module designed to return a single response to a valid command input.

Use of p(m) constitutes acceptance of these terms.




2. Functionality

• p(m) responds to /ping with a system output.

• No additional data processing, storage, or analysis is performed beyond execution of the command.




3. Data Handling

• p(m) does not intentionally store user data.

• Temporary interaction data may be processed solely to complete command execution.

• No guarantees are made regarding Discord platform-level logging outside p(m).




4. Availability

• p(m) is provided “as is.”

• Uptime is not guaranteed.

• Responses may fail, delay, or not occur.




5. Limitations

• p(m) is not responsible for:

• missed responses

• interaction failures

• platform outages

• Functionality is intentionally minimal and may not expand.




6. Modification

• p(m) may be updated, altered, or removed at any time without notice.

• Behavior, output, or command structure may change.




7. Misuse

• Any attempt to spam, exploit, or overload p(m) may result in restricted access at the system level.




8. Liability

• p(m) carries no liability for damages, losses, or disruptions resulting from its use or failure.




9. Termination

• Access to p(m) may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without explanation.




10. Contact

• No direct support is guaranteed.

• Interaction with p(m) is the primary interface
